Returns
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In original condition with all tags and inner linings intact
Any signs of wear, use, or damage may result in rejection of the return.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team.
Include:
- Your order number
- A short reason for the return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as:
- Incorrect item
- Defective product
- Damaged delivery
After submitting your return request, we will send you the return shipping cost via email for approval.
Once approved, you will receive a link to initiate the return process.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund after the item has been received.
Important Notes
- Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not a valid reason for return
- Returns of bundled or packaged items must include all products within the package
- Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 calendar days via the original payment method, minus any agreed return shipping costs.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, contact us
After approval:
- You will receive an invoice for return shipping and any price difference
- Once payment is received, you will get a return link
- Select "Exchange" when submitting your return
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive store credit via email, which can be used to place a new order.
Rejection of Returns
We reserve us the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
This includes:
- Used or opened products
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Returns sent after the allowed return period
- Returns sent to an address not provided through our official return process
