General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the company Helix Capital Limited (hereinafter "the Seller") and any adult individual (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website herman-outlet.com.

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Article 3 — Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the herman-outlet.com website on the day of consultation by the Customer. They are presented as accurately as possible.

Product photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness to the delivered product, particularly with regard to colours.

Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email, and the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Article 4 — Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) .

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.

Delivery is completely free on all orders in mainland France, with no minimum purchase required.

Article 5 — Order

The customer places an order via the website maisonpari.fr. The order is only definitively validated after:

• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
• Payment confirmation
• Sending a confirmation email from the Seller

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including in the event of:

• Existing dispute with the Client
• Payment problem
• Abnormal or fraudulent order
• Product unavailable

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering using the following methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay
• IDEAL

All transactions are secured by SSL encryption . The Seller has no access to any of the Customer's banking data.

Article 7 — Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing their order, in metropolitan France .

Delivery time: 8 to 18 working days in mainland France after order confirmation.

Delivery costs: completely free, with no minimum purchase.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Maison Pari is extending this period to 30 days as a commercial gesture.

To exercise this right, the Customer must contact us at info@maisonpari.fr specifying their order number.

Return conditions:

• New product, unworn, unwashed
• With original tags attached
• In its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

Article 9 — Reimbursement

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product, via the payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in the Customer's account depends on their bank (usually 2 to 5 business days).

Article 10 — Legal Guarantees

The products are covered by the following legal guarantees:

• Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code): 2 years
• Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)

Article 11 — Responsibility

The Seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of:

• Force majeure
• An unforeseeable and insurmountable event caused by a third party
• Customer's fault

The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Article 12 — Intellectual Property

All elements present on the maisonpari.fr website (texts, images, logos, trademarks, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Seller.

Article 14 — Mediation of disputes

In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the Customer may use the following free mediation service:

Article 15 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .

In the event of a dispute, and after all attempts at amicable resolution have failed, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 16 — Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
