Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing time: 1 to 4 business days
  • Delivery time: typically 5 to 18 business days

Missing or Damaged Items

If items are missing or arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • A photo of the packing slip in case of missing items
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.


Damaged Packaging Notice

We carefully package all orders to ensure safe delivery.

Damage to the outer packaging does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the product itself is intact and functional.


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

You are required to provide us with official confirmation or proof of loss from the carrier.

Claims for delivered packages cannot be processed after 7 days from the marked delivery date.


Order Changes

Order changes such as quantity, shipping address, or product selection can be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping and changes may no longer be possible.
